Russell Robinson flew 34 combat missions as pilot of a B-24 Liberator. He was assigned to the 453rd Bomb Group of the 8th Air Force flying from Old Buckenham, England. He credits his plane and crew's mission success on his ground crew and ground crew chief, Andy Cumming.
